Mercer is seeking a talented individual to join their Wealth team as an Alternatives Content Management Analyst. This role involves developing and maintaining impactful sales content, translating strategy into actionable plans, and ensuring compliance while fostering collaboration across teams.

Responsibilities

Own, develop and maintain slide content for sales
Ensure sales content aligns with RFP content
Translate strategy into actionable plans and supports performance
Oversee operational execution, provide business understanding, and facilitate collaboration with all stakeholders
Make sales collateral accessible to different stakeholders and client segments
Execute the day-to-day administration of content, managing content repositories and libraries, monitoring content metrics and analytics, and managing compliance and quality standards
Own the implementation tools/technology and bring new ideas

Required

At least 1 year of experience in marketing, sales, or a related field
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Excellent organizational and time management abilities
Resourceful and proactive, with confidence in seeking out information independently
Familiarity with the Seismic platform
Proficiency in Microsoft Office

Preferred

Bachelor's degree
Prior experience in investment manager and/or asset manager
