Manage daily production operations to meet deadlines and quality standards
Coordinate with design and sales teams to ensure project specifications are met
Oversee scheduling and workflow to optimize production efficiency
Train and mentor production staff on best practices and safety protocols
Conduct quality control checks to maintain high standards in all output
Maintain inventory of materials and supplies for seamless production
Implement process improvements to enhance productivity and reduce waste
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations in the production area
Qualification
Required
Proven experience in production management or a similar role in the signage industry
Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a team
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
Knowledge of production processes, equipment, and quality control standards
Effective communication skills, both verbal and written
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
