The Keith Corporation is seeking a Maintenance Technician to ensure the efficient operation of their facilities. The role involves performing technical and mechanical functions, maintenance tasks, and housekeeping activities to maintain the property in optimal condition.

Responsibilities

Perform event setups and take‐downs. Setting up necessary tables, chairs, and stages for events

Assist in performing corrective and preventive maintenance on all issues throughout facility; including plumbing, HVAC, electrical, and carpentry

Perform office moves

Assist with routine landscaping; leaf blowing and trash pick-up

Clear drainage/sewage stoppages using appropriate equipment and methods

Repair and assemble furniture

Operate various specialized cleaning equipment

Be proactive in reporting facility deficiencies to supervisor for correction

Perform event setups and take‐downs

Painting as needed/required

Assist in installing new equipment for facility

Assist with emptying trash containers where assigned or needed

Maintain clean and organized work areas

Maintain and clean mechanical rooms and equipment

Assist other trades/technicians where assigned or needed

Maintain supply and materials in stock and organized

Attend and actively participates in staff/safety meetings

Perform other assignments as needed and/or assigned

Complete corrective/preventative maintenance work orders in a timely and professional manner

Painting as needed/required

Respond to On‐Call emergency repair work

Open, document and close work requests using PC and PDA

Attend and actively participates in staff/safety meetings

Maintain lighting fixtures ‐ replacing lamps, cleaning fixtures, etc

Perform other assignments as needed and/or assigned

Required

High School Diploma or equivalent

Fluent in English language to speak, read and write clearly

Valid driver's license

Perform at a skilled level for at least 1 of the following: electrical, carpentry, plumbing, HVAC, painting and/or general maintenance and at least semi‐skilled for the others
