Responsibilities
Assist in writing, proofreading and editing copy for internal and external use
Ensure brand consistency in copy by following brand and AP Style guidelines
Participate in marketing brainstorms
Conduct and analyze market, trend and competitor research
Support the communications team in daily tasks and perform other duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
Current student pursuing a bachelor's degree in journalism, communications, creative writing, marketing or similar field
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Solid writing, grammar, spelling and punctuation skills
Proficient with use of Microsoft Office and AP Style
Strong organizational skills with an ability to meet deadlines
Self-starter with ability to work independently
Passion for words, storytelling and marketing campaigns/content
Ability to multi-task in a deadline-driven environment
Strong attention to detail and analytical and problem-solving skills
Positive, collaborative attitude, with the ability to work well with team members, managers and business partners
