HRIS Analyst (Workday Learning)
Responsibilities
Own and enhance their learning ecosystem end to end
Partner closely with HR, Talent Development, IT, and the business to deliver learning solutions that actually work
Qualification
Required
3–6+ years of Workday Learning experience
At least one full-cycle Workday Learning implementation
Strong configuration, security, and reporting skills
Experience with learning content integrations (LinkedIn Learning, OpenSesame, etc.)
Comfort partnering with stakeholders and driving solutions
