Responsibilities

Fully manage all aspects of the CEO’s workflow—including complex calendaring, scheduling, meeting coordination, travel arrangements, expense reporting, and email inbox management. This will generally take the majority of your time (60%-80%), though the exact workload may shift week to week
Support with a variety of other personal assistant tasks as needed, including running errands, coordinating personal and professional appointments, managing small projects, preparing materials, and handling ad hoc requests to ensure smooth day-to-day operations
Deliver high-quality administrative and logistical support to four additional executives, covering travel planning, expense management, calendaring, event and offsite coordination, and preparation of executive presentations (PowerPoint, Keynote, etc.)
Bring an owner’s mindset: anticipate needs, take initiative, and move work forward with urgency and accountability
Serve as a notetaker for meetings you attend, capturing clear notes, decisions, and action items, and following up to ensure execution
Support Asana administration and project hygiene, including creating and maintaining projects, clarifying ownership, and tracking progress
Partner with People Operations, Finance, and other teams to drive initiatives to completion, removing barriers and keeping work moving
Maintain organized records, documents, and systems with a high level of confidentiality
Identify opportunities to improve workflows, processes, and operational efficiency, implementing solutions independently when appropriate
Represent the Evelyn & Bobbie brand with professionalism, warmth, and discretion at all times

Required

7+ years supporting senior executives in fast-paced or high-growth environments, with experience managing complex calendars, travel, expenses, and email inboxes
Strong organizational, project coordination, and communication skills, with the ability to anticipate needs, follow through, and take ownership of tasks of any size
Proficiency with Google Workspace, Slack, Keynote, PowerPoint, Asana (or similar), and expense management tools
High level of discretion, integrity, and sound judgment
Flexible, solutions-oriented mindset with a bias toward action

Preferred

Bonus if you have supported a startup CEO/founder or executive in the fashion industry
