Responsibilities
Help prototype and build tools connecting designers and trend analysts to a combination of internal and 3rd-party datasets, building high-quality analysis, reporting and visualization tools on top of them
Combine data from multiple sources, implementing some basic analysis (with guidance from the data science team), and delivering beautiful visuals through a front-end experience
Qualification
Required
5+ years of professional software engineering experience
Expertise in front-end development, specifically React.js
Expertise in back-end development, specifically Python
Strong knowledge of SQL
Strong track-record of delivering results in the data visualization space
Cross-functional experience working with analysts or data scientists to bring data to life
Strong knowledge of standard Agile practices
Strong knowledge of DevOps practices
Must have experience of pushing code from git to production
Experience developing solutions in a containerized microservice environment
Strong track-record of working in an ambiguous environment
