$27/hr - $30/hrArjo is seeking a Field Service Technician to provide preventative maintenance and repair on Arjo’s medical equipment on-site at hospitals in the Seattle Metropolitan Area. The role involves technical diagnosis, building customer relationships, and managing service contracts while ensuring compliance with health and safety codes.

Responsibilities
Maintenance, repair, installations, upgrades, and in-servicing at customer locations (medical facilities)
Technical diagnosis and repair cost estimates on customer-owned medical equipment
Assists the Sales team in marketing company equipment (joint calls, in-services, sales leads, demo and trade show set-up, etc)
Grow Service Contracts revenue through service contracts and renewal of existing service contracts
Align with all health and safety codes and procedures as mandated by company policy, customer requirements, and regulatory agencies
Completed and submit accurate reporting
Spare parts inventory management
Daily driving and flying to customer locations (medical facilities); 50-75% overnight travel
Qualification
Required
High School Diploma or GED required
Repair and maintenance experience with electromechanical equipment
Electrical and mechanical assembly
Ability to read and understand mechanical and electrical schematics
Must possess and maintain a valid driver's license
Lift up to 30 pounds and push/pull 75 pounds
Preferred
Associate's Degree in an Electrical or Mechanical field preferred
Training and/or certifications preferred
Sales experience preferred
