Responsibilities
Lead and review tax filings for individuals, businesses, trusts, and estates
Collaborate with and mentor a skilled team of preparers and tax professionals
Foster a culture of quality, accountability, and client-first service
Serve as a trusted advisor to clients, offering tax planning, compliance, and strategic counsel
Oversee and review tax compliance work to ensure accuracy and alignment with client goals
Build and expand client relationships with a personalized, high-touch approach
Refine internal systems and tools (e.g., Lacerte and AI) for operational excellence
Manage workflow, deadlines, and team resources to ensure timely delivery
Contribute to the firm’s long-term strategy alongside fellow partners
Qualification
Preferred
CPA, MS in Taxation, or equivalent strongly preferred
At least 7 years of experience in public accounting with demonstrated leadership and review responsibilities
Skilled in reviewing tax compliance and tax planning for a diverse range of clients
Strong interpersonal and mentorship skills; enjoys working closely with team members
