Responsibilities
Possess and maintain broad and in-depth knowledge of principles, practices, procedures, and standards related to electrical, instrumentation, controls, and automation systems
Overall success and coordination of the electrical scope on technical projects
Ensure electrical group follows department procedures and standards
Responsible for providing direction and making final decisions within the electrical scope on technical projects
Developing electrical models using Power System Analysis software (ETAP)
Support for initial design on projects including overall objective and scope, supporting and input to developing overall power system design
Support for all electrical deliverables, development on instrument lists, I/O lists, loop and wiring diagrams, incorporating all information from vendor documents, development of ETAP/SLD and power system model, physical layout design, circuit/conduit schedules, support equipment specification, support RFQ packages, develop MTO’s, contractor scope of work
Qualification
Required
B.S. in Engineering
Qualified to take PE exam
7-13+ year experience in applicable field
