Support Medicaid applications and renewals
Manage daily census reporting
Assist with weekly UR calls
Maintain accurate records in PCC
Support resident trust accounts
Assist with collections and AR aging
Communicate effectively with families and agencies
Qualification
Required
Experience in an SNF Business Office or AR role
Working knowledge of Medicaid processes
Strong attention to detail and organization
Clear, professional communicator
Comfortable in a fast-paced healthcare environment
