Responsibilities
Support a 24x7 operational environment responsible for monitoring and maintaining large-scale roadside enforcement and monitoring systems across the United States and parts of Canada
Focus on automation, system integration, and platform reliability, operating at the intersection of engineering and operations
Build tools and integrations that reduce manual effort, improve system uptime, and enable operations teams to deliver consistent, high-quality service to public-sector clients
Collaborate closely with operations teams, technical leadership, and engineering groups to ensure systems are scalable, reliable, and easy to support in a high-availability environment
Enhance monitoring and performance, reduce manual operational effort, support production reliability, and collaborate closely with operations teams to deliver scalable engineering solutions while contributing to ongoing projects, documentation, and agile delivery
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or equivalent professional experience
5–7+ years of experience in site reliability, operations engineering, systems integration, or platform engineering
Strong automation and scripting experience using Python, PowerShell, Java, C++, or similar languages
Hands-on experience using GitHub for version control and collaborative development
Experience working with Oracle and SQL Server databases for integration and troubleshooting
Strong experience with APIs, system integrations, and automation frameworks
Proven ability to build tools that improve system reliability, monitoring, and operational efficiency
Excellent problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced, 24x7 production environment
