Associate Administrator - UIH Mile Square - Chicago
Family Guidance Centers, Inc. (FGC) is a not-for-profit behavioral healthcare organization that treats and prevents substance use disorder. Responsibilities
Provides clinical and operation oversight across multiple programs, ensuring adherence to clinical standards, evidenced-based practices and regulator requirements
Provides direct training, clinical direction and supervision to FGC UIH Mile Square clinical staff
Reviews and analyzes clinical data, incident reports, audits, and patient feedback to identify trends, mitigate risk, and drive system-level improvements
Supports implementation of new clinical service models, regulatory changes, and best practices that enhance access, outcomes, and patient experience
Coordinate patient care with UI Health Primary Care Physician, Nurse Practitioner, FGC Nurse and FGC Recovery Support Specialist/Case Manager through a collaborative approach
Qualification
Required

DCFS clearance required
IAODAPCA Certified Alcohol and Other Drugs Counselor required
Preferred
Excellent working knowledge of program development concepts, ASAM clinical guidelines, DHS/SUPR contractual language and deliverable expectations, JCAHO/CARF guidelines, DEA, and CSAT rules, regulations and guidelines
Two years of management experience in behavioral health, preferably in an outpatient setting
State of Illinois Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor, Licensed Professional Counselor, Licensed Social Worker or Licensed Clinical Social Worker preferred, not required
