Responsibilities
Accurately pick, stage, and prepare products based on pick tickets
Securely pack orders to ensure safe, damage-free transit to customers
Receive, inspect, and put away incoming stock; assist with cycle counts and reporting discrepancies
Safely operate pallet jacks and forklifts (if certified) to move heavy materials
Maintain a clean, hazard-free workspace and strictly follow all company safety protocols
Regularly lift and transport items weighing 60+ pounds
Qualification
Required
5+ years of warehouse and order picking experience
Must be able to lift and move 60 lbs or more consistently throughout the shift
Strong attention to detail
Punctual
Able to work with minimal supervision
Preferred
Bilingual in English and Spanish
Forklift certification or significant forklift experience
