Responsibilities

Assist with creating innovative approaches that are enabled by technology to redesign and automate business processes in research, property analysis, and financial modeling/reporting

Build scalable data engineering pipelines, machine learning solutions, and data visualization dashboards, aiming to improve the overall data analytics and business decision-making processes

Qualification

Required

Graduate students enrolled in a Data Science or related program completing their first year

Excellent academic background with a cumulative GPA of 3.0 and above. GPA of 3.5 and above preferred

Available for full-time work in San Antonio for at least 10 consecutive weeks in summer

Proficiency in R or Python

Familiar with SQL or SQL like data processing toolkit (dplyr in R or pandas in Python)

Strong analytical and communication skills

Available for full-time work in San Antonio for at least 10 consecutive weeks in summer

Preferred

Experience using technical solutions like Git and Airflow

Experience developing and deploying ETL solutions using AWS Redshift, AWS S3, AWS Aurora
