Responsibilities

Create great-looking and effective materials, such as fact sheets, decks, graphics, and beyond
Write clear and compelling executive talking points, company-wide updates, and stakeholder letters
Help manage and grow our various community and philanthropic partnerships
Ensure our brand standards are maintained across the organization and manage our employee merchandise program
Manage our digital platforms — website, intranet, and social channels — to ensure content is current, engaging, and aligned with company priorities
Support with planning our quarterly townhalls, including agenda planning, content development, speaker prep, and day-of event support

Qualification

Corporate communications experienceCanva proficiencyGoogle Workspace proficiencyDesign skillsWriting skillsCreative thinkingCollaborationAttention to detail

Required

You have at least 3 years of experience in corporate communications or brand marketing at an agency or in-house
You're experienced with Canva and Google Workspace
You're a strong writer
You have a good eye for design
