Responsibilities
Identify and acquire new customers to secure profitable inspection and service maintenance agreements
Develop and execute innovative sales plans to meet sales targets
Make a positive impact with customers, ensuring satisfaction and repeat business
Develop, estimate, present, and secure inspection and service maintenance agreements
Qualification
Required
Previous sales experience in Plumbing with proven successful relationship building and selling of service contracts and repeat business
High School Diploma or equivalent required
Demonstrated competency in closing deals through effective negotiations
Effectively communicate and present both verbally and written to varied levels of audiences
Work independently; both goal-oriented and customer-oriented
