Greet the public in an inviting and friendly manner
Offer refreshments and engage in light conversation
Direct callers to the appropriate person or department
Take accurate messages and route them accordingly
Escort visitors to resident rooms or other areas
Provide general information and directions about the facility
Ensure compliance with rules and report suspicious activities
Assist in orienting new associates
Perform various administrative support tasks
Qualification
Required
Proven working experience in a relevant field
Ability to work independently and stay motivated
Customer service orientation with a friendly demeanor
Strong prioritization and time management skills
Professionalism coupled with speed and attention to detail
Proficient in the English language
High school degree
