Responsibilities

Provide day-to-day support for HRIS, LMS, and ATS platforms
Respond to and process daily user requests in a timely and accurate manner
Deliver production support by troubleshooting and resolving system issues via phone and email
Research, diagnose, and resolve system-related issues, escalating when appropriate
Perform scheduled system activities, including mass data updates and routine maintenance tasks
Ensure data integrity and accuracy across HR systems
Document issues, resolutions, and procedures to support knowledge sharing and continuous improvement
