Responsibilities
Create detailed technical drawings and plans using Autodesk Revit for HVAC/mechanical systems, including ductwork and piping layouts
Collaborate with engineers and project managers to translate design concepts and project specifications into accurate schematics and layouts
Manage and maintain the 3D models on the Autodesk ACC platform, including keeping models up to date with as-built information
Use Navisworks to update and create 3D models of the building and confirm installed conditions of past projects
Review and revise drawings as necessary to ensure accuracy, compliance with industry standards, and reflect field conditions
Maintain organized documentation of all drafts and revisions, and participate in project meetings to discuss design progress
Qualification
Required
Minimum of 5 years of applied experience in HVAC mechanical drafting or BIM modeling
Demonstrated expertise in using Revit and Navisworks for technical drafting
Practical experience in creating and revising detailed drawings for HVAC Mechanical systems
Excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to work collaboratively across multidisciplinary teams
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and work independently on projects
