Associate Vice President of Human Resources Operations

Lutheran Social Service of MN is a dynamic social service organization serving various communities, and they are seeking an Associate Vice President of Human Resources Operations. This role is responsible for driving HR initiatives, optimizing systems and processes, and developing talent across the organization.

Responsibilities

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field (Master’s preferred)
Minimum 7 years of progressive HR leadership experience, including team management and strategic planning
Demonstrated experience with HR systems, preferably UKG, and supervising system administrators
Proven ability to lead organizational change, drive process improvement, and build high-performing teams
Strong communication, analytical, and interpersonal skills

Required

Experience in nonprofit, healthcare, or human services environments
Experience supporting a large or distributed workforce
