Responsibilities
Analyze existing business processes, map workflows, and identify inefficiencies
Design and implement new or improved processes, procedures, and guidelines
Track, synthesize, and report data from multiple sources to support continuous improvement
Develop reports and dashboards using Excel, Power BI, or similar tools
Present insights and trends clearly to stakeholders
Design, build, and maintain SharePoint sites, pages, lists, and document libraries
Configure metadata, permissions, and security settings
Develop workflows for approvals, task routing, and automation
Build/customize web parts to enhance SharePoint functionality
Create automated data collection and reporting workflows within SharePoint
Qualification
Required
Education: Bachelor's degree (business, technical, or related discipline)
Minimum 5 years in analytics, process improvement, or operational enhancement roles
Strong hands-on experience with SharePoint (sites, workflows, lists, libraries)
Technical Skills: Microsoft Teams and MS Office Suite
Advanced MS Excel
Visio (process mapping)
Working knowledge of SharePoint applications
Preferred
Advanced data tracking, management, and reporting skills (Excel, Power BI preferred)
Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
Excellent written, verbal, and visual communication skills
Ability to work independently and collaboratively
High attention to detail and strong organizational skills
Experience presenting insights to diverse stakeholder groups
