Responsibilities
Oversee all marketing and commercial production projects from initiation through completion
Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure timely and within-budget delivery
Develop project timelines, resource plans, and communication protocols
Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies
Facilitate meetings, status updates, and stakeholder communications
Manage and coordinate organization related to marketing and commercial production and distribution
Oversee scheduling and resource allocation for shoots, events, and campaigns
Coordinate vendor and supplier relationships for marketing materials
Ensure compliance with budgets, timelines, and quality standards
Qualification
Required
Proven experience in project management with demonstrated ability to manage complex, cross-functional projects
Strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines
Proficiency with project management tools and software
Detail-oriented with problem-solving skills
Preferred
Experience working in media or related industries is a plus
