Hilton Orlando is looking to welcome a Part-Time Female Spa Attendant/Receptionist to join the team! The role involves delivering exceptional guest service and maintaining the cleanliness and order of the spa and fitness center.

Responsibilities

Welcome and orient guests to the spa and fitness center

Extend exceptional guest service

Maintain order and cleanliness of spa and fitness center including, but not limited to, cleaning the facility, locker rooms, and fitness center equipment in accordance with federal, state, local and company standards

Stock and replenish the outlet with supplies and products, including, but not limited to clean towels, fresh water, drinking cups, etc

Assist in monitoring facility use to ensure guest safety

Perform general spa duties, as needed

Greet, register, and orient guests to the spa and fitness center

Ensure a high level of product knowledge of eforea spa products and services

Schedule spa appointments

Process client payments at conclusion of service/

Respond to guest inquiries regarding eforea spa treatments and services, appointment availability, and retail offerings in-person, email, and telephone in a timely and friendly manner
