Required

U.S. Citizenship is required by Federal Law
Department of Defense SECRET clearance required at time of hire
Associate's Degree & 3+ years of relevant technical support or systems administration experience (Or equivalent combination of education and experience)
Relevant technical support or systems administration experience
DoD 8570 IAT Level II Certification required (e.g., Security+ or equivalent)
On-site support and occasional travel may be required depending on customer location and program needs
Hands-on experience with Windows system administration and troubleshooting
Hands-on experience with Network and IT systems management
Hands-on experience with Failure and root cause analysis reporting
Hands-on experience with SQL Server, Oracle CRM, and Microsoft Terminal Server
Hands-on experience with Active Directory, network monitoring tools, asset management software, HBSS, and Anti-Virus tools

Preferred

Familiarity with CA Spectrum One Click
Experience supporting DoD or DHS systems
