Responsibilities

Manage day-to-day account activities
Lead the renewal process
Work closely with our production team to deliver tailored solutions
Cultivate strong relationships with clients and their representatives
Help secure existing business and identify opportunities for growth
Contribute to client satisfaction, retention, and the overall success of our team

Qualification

Client service experienceClaims management experienceProducer's LicenseMicrosoft Office proficiencyInsurance knowledgeSelf-directedCommunication skillsRelationship buildingOrganizational skillsDetail-oriented

Required

Bachelor's degree with 3+ years client service and/or claims management experience -OR- High School degree/GED with 8+ years client service and/or claims management experience
Producer's License
Ability to travel up to 25% of the time
Proficiency in Microsoft Office
Appropriate licensing as required

Preferred

Previous insurance knowledge and experience managing client relationships
Solid financial acumen
