Responsibilities
Lead reporting and analysis involving customer and product portfolios. Advise on margin enhancement opportunities
Oversee customer price lists and calculate monthly/weekly adjusted pricing
Manage monthly forecast process and develop annual budgets
Manage month-end close process and interpretation of financial results
Finance lead for NPD process including evaluation of financial risks & opportunities considering Company strategic objectives. Bid development for all customer brands
Provide strategic insights, analysis and recommendations relating to current & future business performance & strategies
Drive high performance culture by providing guidance, direction and developmental leadership to direct reports

Partner with IT to drive system enhancements and focus on continuous improvements that will impact overall business processes (ie bid process)
Qualification
Required
Bachelors Degree in Accounting or Finance
7 + years finance leadership experience in a manufacturing environment
Prefer experience within Sales and Marketing
Knowledge of financial processes; including modeling, control, analysis, reporting and budgeting
Strong analytical, organization, and problem-solving skills
Highly proficient in Microsoft Office applications
Excel and Hyperion Essbase skills
Effective communication and interpersonal skills
Collaborative abilities in building business partnerships
Attention to detail and accuracy
Multi-tasking abilities and effectively manage priorities
