Responsibilities

Develop, monitor, and maintain program budgets, schedules, and cost baselines to ensure alignment with program objectives

Perform cost analysis, variance analysis, and trend forecasting to identify risks and opportunities

Track program performance using Estimate at Completion (EAC) and if required, Earned Value Management (EVM)

Prepare and deliver regular financial and performance reports for program managers, senior leadership, and stakeholders

Analyze contractual requirements and ensure compliance with financial, scheduling, and reporting standards

Identify cost, schedule, and performance risks; develop mitigation strategies in collaboration with program and project teams

Support monthly close processes, including accruals, reconciliations, and variance explanations

Assist with proposal development, including cost estimates, pricing models, and schedule assumptions

Coordinate with cross-functional teams such as finance, contracts, procurement, and engineering to ensure accurate data and reporting
