IT Support Analyst II
Southwest Capital Bank is hiring an IT Support Analyst II. This position is the primary front-line technical support resource for bank employees, responsible for resolving day-to-day IT support requests and coordinating with higher-level support resources when necessary.

Responsibilities
Resolving most day-to-day IT support requests
Serving as the first point of contact for internal IT issues
Independently troubleshooting and resolving user-facing technology problems
Coordinating with the Systems & Network Administrator or managed service provider (MSP) to ensure timely resolution and clear communication
Qualification
Required
Strong working knowledge of Windows 11, Microsoft 365, and common enterprise business applications
Practical experience troubleshooting hardware, software, and user access issues in a professional environment
Basic understanding of networking concepts including TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, and VPN connectivity
Strong customer service mindset with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally with non-technical users
Ability to recognize when escalation is required and communicate issues effectively to higher-level support resources
Associate (Required)
Professional IT Support: 4 years (Required)
Ability to Commute: Albuquerque, NM 87109 (Required)
Preferred
Experience with endpoint management tools such as Microsoft Intune is strongly preferred but not required
Familiarity with RMM platforms (e.g., Kaseya, ConnectWise, or similar) is strongly desired but not required
Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field is preferred
Minimum of two (2) to four (4) years of professional IT support experience, preferably in a front-line or Level-2 support role
Experience supporting Microsoft-based environments and enterprise endpoint devices
