Senior LevelCaring Transitions is seeking a compassionate, hands-on Team Lead to support on-site client projects across East Jacksonville, St. Augustine, and Palm Coast. This role involves leading teams during relocations and downsizing projects while ensuring a positive client experience and supporting team members.
Family
Responsibilities
Lead on-site teams during relocations, downsizing projects, estate services, and home cleanouts
Help ensure projects run smoothly, on time, and with a calm, respectful approach
Serve as the main on-site point of contact
Support clients as they settle into new homes by:
Hanging artwork
Mounting TVs
Organizing closets and kitchens
Guide and encourage team members throughout each project
Help train new staff and model best practices
Assist with coordinating donations, recycling, and item removal
Communicate progress and needs with leadership
Qualification
Required
Leadership or supervisory experience preferred
Background in moving, organizing, or hands-on service work helpful, especially with senior populations
Comfortable packing, packing and moving household items
Basic tool skills (or willingness to learn)
Warm, patient, and dependable
Reliable transportation
Flexible availability
