People & Culture Intern (Autism in the Workplace Program)
Simons Foundation is committed to advancing basic science and mathematics, and they are seeking an intern for their Autism in the Workplace program. The intern will gain experience in various aspects of human resources, including recruitment, employee engagement, and learning and development.

Responsibilities
Conduct internet research and update resources and contact information on spreadsheets accordingly
Complete online trainings and provide written summaries and feedback
Read relevant human resources articles and provide written summaries
Research relevant vendors and partners as needed
Archive, scan, and file documents
Format and update documents and templates as needed
Audit and organize data
Attend team meetings and take meeting minutes when requested
Assist with additional tasks and projects as requested
Qualification
Required
Enrollment in or completion of an undergraduate degree
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word and Excel) is required
Proficiency in Google Docs is helpful
Skilled in organizing information, data, and files
Accuracy and attention to detail
Willingness to learn and contribute to the responsibilities of the team
Interest in exploring a career in human resources, administration, or operations
Ability to maintain high level of confidentiality and discretion
