The Process Engineer will be responsible for maintaining and optimizing process plans to achieve operational KPIs, as well as providing training and support for production staff and ensuring compliance with corporate regulations.
Responsibilities
Be responsible of maintain process plan and continuously optimize it to achieve given operational KPIs: quality, cost, and efficiency
Problem solving in production and customer support
Be responsible of production staff technique training and follow up the results
Aligned with headquarter Process Engineering team with daily issues
Support Internal and External Audit or Inspection, such as FDA audit
Ensure full compliance with the corporate rules and regulations
Qualification
Required
College degree or above
2-4 years of experience in mechatronics, mechanical, electrical or other related engineering background preferred
Ability to read and understanding engineering / shop drawings
Experience with ERP systems
Medical equipment knowledge is a plus
Must comply with OSHA standards and guidelines
If working with MR System, must be able to work in magnetic environment (no implantable metal in body)
Fast learner and team player
Good problem-solving skills
Good communication skills with internal and external parties
Proactive and continuous improvement orientation
