Entry-Level Sales Manager
Electro Magnetic Applications, Inc. is seeking a motivated, entry-level Sales Territory Manager to support and grow their customer base. This role involves managing a sales territory, identifying new business opportunities, and collaborating with technical teams to meet customer needs.

Responsibilities
Manage and develop an assigned sales territory under the guidance of leadership
Identify and qualify new business opportunities through outreach, networking, and follow-up
Support the full sales cycle, including lead generation, customer meetings, proposals, and follow-through
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers
Collaborate with technical and engineering teams to understand customer needs and align solutions
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and opportunities in the CRM system
Attend conferences, trade shows, and customer visits as needed
Meet or exceed defined sales activity and revenue targets
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a technical discipline related to the services we sell (engineering, computer science, physics, or similar)
Little to no prior sales experience required
Strong work ethic and willingness to take initiative
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Comfortable learning technical concepts and communicating them clearly to customers
Organized, reliable, and able to manage multiple priorities
Proficiency with basic office tools (Microsoft Office)
Preferred
Internship, co-op, or academic project experience related to sales, engineering, or customer-facing roles
Interest in technical products, engineering services, or software
Experience with CRM tools (Salesforce or similar)
