Responsibilities

Provide leadership in all aspects of financial management, including budgeting, forecasting, financial analysis, and reporting
Monitor financial performance against established targets and make recommendations for improvement
Ensure compliance with all relevant financial regulations, standards, and reporting requirements
Keep abreast of changes in financial regulations and implement necessary changes in company procedures
Collaborate with senior management to develop and implement financial strategies that support the overall goals and objectives of the company
Establish and maintain robust internal controls to safeguard company assets and mitigate financial risks
Continuously evaluate and enhance internal control systems
Prepare accurate and timely financial statements, including income statements, balance sheets, cash flow statements, and other reports as required by company leadership and the Parent company
Coordinate and manage external audits and tax filings
Ensure timely submission and accurate documentation for audit and taxation purposes
Lead the budgeting process, working closely with department heads to develop and manage budgets
Monitor budget performance and provide guidance for cost control
Oversee cash flow, treasury functions, and banking relationships to optimize cash utilization while ensuring liquidity
Manage and develop the finance team, providing leadership, guidance, and mentorship
Foster a culture of continuous improvement and accountability within the department
Identify opportunities to enhance financial systems and technologies to improve efficiency and data accuracy
Oversee HR functions, including but not limited to recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, and compliance with HR policies and procedures
Manage payroll processes, ensuring accurate and timely payroll processing
Stay current with payroll regulations and implement necessary changes in payroll procedures
Collaborate with HR to ensure seamless integration between payroll and HR functions

Required

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
Minimum of 8 years of progressive finance and accounting experience, including at least 3 years in a supervisory role
Strong knowledge of GAAP and financial regulations
Exceptional financial analysis and modeling skills
Proficiency in financial software and ERP systems
Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills
High level of integrity and the ability to handle sensitive and confidential information
