Responsibilities
Deep expertise in Microsoft Business Central (ERP):
Finance module is mandatory
Sales module experience is a strong plus (both preferred)
Ability to guide functional design using out-of-the-box Business Central capabilities where possible
Discovery sessions for accounting/billing/invoicing revealed:
Current finance operations largely manual
Existing systems used mainly as a data repository/final resting place, not trusted as a source of truth
Heavy reconciliation outside the system; manual adjustments are pervasive
Strategy: implement requirements using Business Central as close to standard OOTB as possible
Change management intent is explicit:
Plan is to overhaul processes (not preserve current workflows)
“Rewrite how they operate” while preserving required end outputs
Qualification
Required
Deep expertise in Microsoft Business Central (ERP)
Finance module is mandatory
Ability to guide functional design using out-of-the-box Business Central capabilities where possible
US Citizen, GC Holders, or Authorized to Work in the U.S
Preferred
