Responsibilities

Develop, implement, and manage technical solutions for software, hardware, system configurations, and IT architecture

Provide end-user support for computer hardware and software, including printer and copier maintenance, toner replacement, and hardware/software installations

Respond to and resolve help desk requests while documenting issues, troubleshooting steps, resolutions, and time spent in the ticketing system

Collaborate with IT team members and other departments on projects to ensure accurate delivery, availability of information, and successful outcomes

Learn, support, and maintain productivity and business applications such as Microsoft GP, Microsoft CRM, and related systems

Interact with employees in a professional manner while maintaining strict confidentiality of all personal and company information

Analyze and implement IT projects in compliance with U.S. Export Control Laws

Follow up on outstanding issues and escalate cases to higher levels of support as needed

Required

Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline with at least 3 years of relevant experience, or an equivalent combination of education, training, and hands-on experience acquired through extensive on-the-job training or apprenticeship programs

Prior experience in a help desk or IT support role, with a demonstrated ability to deliver excellent customer service at all levels of an organization

Strong understanding of desktop operating systems and their integration with Microsoft Office and other applications

Solid experience with Microsoft O365 and Azure environments

Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users

Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and related tools

Ability to work independently or collaboratively with minimal supervision while managing multifaceted projects

High level of organization, attention to detail, and problem-solving ability

Strong customer service mindset and professionalism

Passion for learning and adopting new technologies

Legal capacity to comply with federally mandated U.S. Export Control Laws
