Responsibilities
Oversee a specific project or a wide range of different projects from beginning to end
Control a variety of projects at different stages of work
Plan, coordinate, oversee, and maintain effective field operations and teams
Effectively accomplish the scope of contracted work within allotted budget and time schedules
Provide exceptional guidance and support to all stakeholders, partners, and team members
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering, construction management or relevant field or equivalent experience
In-depth industry and HVAC project management knowledge required
Extensive previous experience in HVAC large projects ($5+ million) with demonstrated success
Guide, manage, motivate, and direct work teams
Effectively communicate verbally and written to varied levels of audiences
Analyze, think critically, negotiate, and problem-solve
Quickly adjust to a changing environment
Successfully manage multiple priorities under time constraints
Travel to client sites frequently – assigned projects will be across the United States; 20 – 40% travel required with additional travel as necessary
