Responsibilities
Facilitate Warrior Curriculum sessions with groups of up to 30 students per site
Prepare and deliver curriculum content effectively and with enthusiasm
Build a positive, safe, and supportive environment for students
Manage classroom dynamics and ensure students remain actively engaged
Report any issues, successes, or needs to Warrior Academy leadership
Qualification
Required
Strong facilitation, training, and mentoring skills to effectively guide group discussions and workshops
Ability to plan and manage programs, sessions, and schedules
Effective communication and interpersonal skills to build strong relationships with participants and teams
Problem-solving and decision-making skills to address challenges and ensure program objectives are met
Flexibility, adaptability, and the ability to work collaboratively
Preferred
Experience working in education, personal development programs, or community engagement initiatives is a plus
