Responsibilities
Maintain and monitor teacher candidate records for Residential, Online Students, BAIS, and MAT programs, and analyze transcripts for eligibility for initial and additional licensure endorsements
Manages surveys of employers and completers, pulls data from Student Learning & Licensure, and creates data reports for faculty decision-making and external reporting
Maintains office files; monitors departmental budgets; maintains IMC Lab, copy room, and building activities; provides and oversees student workers
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's Degree and/or extensive experience in teacher licensure and in office management
Knowledge of computer and computer programs – Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
