Responsibilities
Be a key member of the Account Team(s) engaging with customers as a Subject Matter Expert in our data and their business
Use data to solve complex business challenges, particularly around scientific expert engagement and strategic collaboration
Lead strategic discovery processes to identify client needs and develop custom data-driven solutions
Optimize the user platform experience by delivering bespoke analyses, data visualizations, and insights, offering proactive project ideas that support value creation and client expansion
Partner with clients to understand their business challenges and translate them into actionable insights, providing best-in-class solutions and ideas tailored to their needs and goals
Collaborate with H1 leadership and internal teams to ensure seamless project execution, delivering results that meet client objectives
Qualification
Required
5+ years of experience in the life sciences industry, preferably in roles related to data analytics, insights generation, or strategic consulting
Proven experience working with clients to deliver data-driven solutions that solve business challenges
Experience working on a cross functional team, with the ability to speak to engineers and data scientists
Strong presentation and communication skills, with the ability to convey complex information in an understandable way
Ability to lead cross-functional teams, manage projects, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Preferred
Familiarity with the clinical trial landscape and expert engagement strategies is a plus
