Sr. Quality Technician

Endovascular Engineering (E2) is a mission-driven medical device company focused on developing advanced vascular thrombectomy solutions. The Senior QA Technician will be responsible for conducting quality inspections, ensuring compliance of incoming materials and final products, and maintaining documentation of inspection results.

Responsibilities

Conduct necessary incoming, in process, and final quality inspections using proper equipment and statistical techniques
Ensure incoming materials are in compliance to required specifications
Perform Final Product Release, ensuring outgoing products are in compliance with required specifications and Device History Records (DHR) are complete
Maintain accurate documentation of quality inspection results
Ensure that equipment is current with calibration and preventive maintenance (PM) requirements
Assist in the development and maintenance of Quality procedures and work instructions
Collaborate with Materials and Production resources to ensure that inventory needs are met
Assist with problem solving, root cause analysis, corrective actions
Administrate and escalate issues related to Non-Conforming Material
Support the Engineering team with projects, as needed

Required

High School diploma or equivalent
Minimum 6 years of relevant experience in the medical device industry
Experience in an ISO 13485 Medical Device production environment
Experience with various measuring equipment, such as calipers, micrometers, etc
Ability to adhere to established specifications, procedures, and policies in inspections
Excellent computer skills, including ability to work effectively with Microsoft Excel and Word
Understanding of Quality System, Good Manufacturing Practices, and Good Documentation Practices
Positive attitude with good written and verbal communication skills
