Responsibilities

Teach K-5 Bilingual Generalist classes remotely

Maintain an elevated level of professionalism in the classroom environment with students, Classroom Coach, fellow Elevate K-12 professionals, and school employees

Commitment and consistency in attendance as the teacher of record for students

Adaptable in taking classes that start throughout the semester, with most teachers teaching between 10-20 hours per week

Meet deadlines set by Elevate and the school calendar

Tech-savvy and comfortable operating in a remote setting

Can maintain an elevated level of online organizational and professional skills

Required

An active, verifiable teaching certification in US for: Generalist

Certified and experienced with teaching students in grades K-5

Must physically reside in the United States during the 2025-2026 school year due to student information security requirements with our partner schools

A daily available time block of at least three consecutive hours, Monday through Friday, 8am - 4pm EST

Ability to work a part-time schedule of 10-20 hours per week during normal school hours

A laptop or desktop computer with a reliable high-speed internet connection
