Responsibilities

Coordinating/creating configured builds for test and delivery
Administration of the SCM tools
Facilitate and scribe for control board meetings, creating build and delivery documentation, and process improvement activities
Establish and implement procedures to coordinate changes to program data and products
Possess understanding of SCM principles, concepts, industry practices and standards as required

Required

Bachelor's degree in STEM discipline (Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics) with at least 9 years of related experience, Master's with 7 years of experience; PhD with 4 years of experience; an additional 4 years of experience may be considered in lieu of a degree
U.S. Citizenship is required
Ability to obtain and maintain a DoD Secret Clearance prior to starting
5 years of professional work experience in software configuration management or within a related area
5 years of experience with coordinating/creating configured builds for test and delivery
5 years of utilizing SCM principles, concepts, industry practices and standards is required
5 years of experience with multiple tools and environments (Git, Bitbucket, Jira, ClearCase, ClearQuest, Linux and Windows)
9 years of experience with Agile methodology and working as a member of a software development team in an Agile environment
A current/active clearance is not required to be considered for the position, but a final clearance is required to start

Preferred

Active DoD Secret clearance or higher
Experience with implementing SCM on a large-scale program
Experience with software source control and configuration management tools and environments (Atlassian, Git, Jira, ClearCase, ClearQuest, Linux and Windows)
Experience in configuring and administering DevOps tools, including Jenkins, Gitlab Pipelines/Runners to streamline CI/CD processes
Experience in scripting languages such as Bash, Python or PowerShell
