Winning new healthcare clients and expanding existing accounts
Selling staffing solutions across all healthcare verticals, including:
+ Healthcare Administration
+ Accounting & Finance
+ Healthcare IT
+ Operations and support functions
Building relationships with executives, HR leaders, and hiring managers
Owning the sales process from first outreach to contract close
Negotiating pricing, margins, and staffing agreements
Building and managing a strong, accurate pipeline
Partnering with recruiting leadership to ensure fast, high-quality delivery
Qualification
Required
7+ years of healthcare staffing or professional services sales
Proven ability to close staffing deals
Hunter mentality with a measurable revenue track record
Comfortable selling across multiple functional areas, not just one niche
Executive-level communication and negotiation skills
Strong CRM and pipeline discipline
