Responsibilities

Lead the implementation of privacy compliance programs, ensuring alignment with global and domestic privacy laws (GDPR, CCPA, etc.)

Monitor, analyze, and interpret privacy regulations, identifying compliance gaps and driving corrective action

Develop and update privacy policies and standard operating procedures in partnership with leadership

Conduct privacy impact assessments and regulatory trend analysis to support business strategy and forecasting

Collect, analyze, and report compliance data, providing actionable insights to senior management

Build strong relationships with stakeholders and coordinate cross-functional privacy initiatives

Supervise, mentor, and develop a high-performing team, promoting accountability and continuous learning
