Responsibilities
Conduct in-depth data analysis using advanced spreadsheet tools to identify trends, opportunities, and inform merchandising strategies
Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, communicating insights clearly to drive alignment and project success
Develop and implement efficient process plans to support merchandising initiatives and operational improvements
Act as a self-starter, proactively identifying challenges and taking initiative to resolve them within project scopes
Qualification
Required
Demonstrated proficiency in Excel and data analysis, with proven experience working with large datasets and analytical tools
Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to articulate complex information clearly and concisely
Proven ability to work independently, take initiative, and drive projects forward as a self-starter
Strong background in process planning and implementation
Preferred
A Bachelor's degree is highly preferred, or equivalent practical experience
Previous experience working with a large, global enterprise
