Director/ExecutiveAndersen James Group is seeking a Vice President of Telecom & Security Design to provide executive leadership for all telecom and security design services. The role involves overseeing project delivery, technical quality, and team performance, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget while adhering to client and industry standards.

Responsibilities
Lead and oversee all telecom and security design projects, ensuring adherence to scope of work, schedules, budgets, and quality standards
Provide executive oversight of project delivery, including deliverables, invoicing, quality control, RFIs/RFQs, site walks, and coordination meetings
Establish and maintain design standards, workflows, and best practices across the organization
Serve as the senior technical authority for telecom and security systems, providing guidance on complex or high-risk projects
Oversee BIM coordination efforts, including collaboration with MEP trades, Revit model management, and BIM execution planning as required
Ensure effective use of Bluebeam, Revit, CAD, and related design and coordination tools
Lead, mentor, and develop Project Managers, Designers, and technical staff; build a high-performing, accountable design organization
Act as a senior client-facing leader, participating in key meetings, resolving escalations, and supporting business development efforts
Partner with executive leadership to support strategic planning, growth initiatives, and continuous improvement
Qualification
Required
MUST HAVE DIRECT DATA CENTER DESIGN EXPERIENCE
Senior-level experience in telecom and security system design and delivery
Proven leadership experience managing design, BIM, and project teams
Strong working knowledge of BIM coordination, Revit, CAD, and Bluebeam
Experience overseeing multiple concurrent projects and complex design portfolios
Strong business and financial acumen, including project billing and invoicing
Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage clients and executive stakeholders
