Dialed Moods is seeking a highly organized and proactive Personal Assistant to the CEO. This role involves supporting the CEO’s personal life, household operations, and day-to-day logistics to ensure a seamless lifestyle management.

Responsibilities

Manage the CEO’s personal calendar, appointments, and non-work commitments

Prepare the CEO for meetings, events, and personal obligations by organizing reminders, materials, attire, and timing

Coordinate personal and leisure travel, including flights, accommodations, transportation, and detailed itineraries

Track personal deadlines, RSVPs, renewals, and follow-ups

Oversee household organization and daily logistics

Coordinate laundry, dry cleaning, wardrobe organization, and seasonal rotations

Schedule and manage household services (cleaners, maintenance, vendors, deliveries, repairs)

Support home organization projects to maintain an efficient and polished living environment

Assist with errands, personal shopping, returns, gifting, and special requests

Build and maintain systems for household operations, personal documents, and daily routines

Anticipate needs and proactively solve problems before they arise

Maintain strict confidentiality regarding all personal, family, and lifestyle matters
