Responsibilities
Manage and track ongoing product development projects, ensuring milestones are met and stakeholders are informed
Communicate directly with suppliers to gather quotes, review samples, and coordinate production timelines
Research materials, components, and manufacturing options for new product concepts
Maintain organized documentation of product specs, supplier communications, and project status in our project management tools
Review product samples and packaging with an eye for design quality and brand consistency
Identify potential issues early and come to the team with proposed solutions, not just problems
Support the team with ad-hoc research, competitive analysis, and product ideation
Qualification
Required
Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business, Supply Chain, Product Design, or related field
Excellent written and verbal communication skills. You'll be the point of contact with suppliers
Highly organized with strong attention to detail
Quick to respond and reliable. When something needs attention, you're on it
Self-starter mentality: you take initiative, anticipate next steps, and propose solutions rather than waiting to be told what to do
An eye for design and aesthetics. You can tell when something looks right (or doesn't)
