Responsibilities

Contribute to microarchitecture specification, RTL design and performance trade-off analysis
Develop CPU logic in hardware description languages and scripting
Support verification to tape-out quality using simulation, formal and emulation platforms

Qualification

Required

Degree from a University or Engineering School in Computer Science, Mathematics, Electronic / Electrical Engineering, or other related field
Working experience in digital design
Strong RTL design skills in Verilog, SystemVerilog or VHDL
Analytical thinking and problem solving approach

Preferred

Knowledge of computer architecture
Ability to make trade-offs between power, performance and area appropriately to meet product requirements
Knowledge of scripting languages like Perl, TCL or Python
Exposure to C/C++, assembly language and/or verification methodologies like UVM and formal
